In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form on our website or by email at hardtofind@vintage.com. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be considered.
All items sold by Hard To Find Vintage are vintage and pre-owned, unless otherwise stated. As part of their history, items may show signs of wear or age consistent with normal use. We aim to represent each piece as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions, measurements, and high-resolution imagery. These form part of the item’s condition disclosure.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs and product information carefully prior to purchase and for raising any questions before placing an order. Minor wear consistent with the item’s age does not constitute a fault.
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned goods, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
