All orders placed with Hard To Find Vintage are dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Every parcel is tracked from dispatch to delivery and requires a signature on arrival, so each piece reaches you safely and securely.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:
- UK: 1–3 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays or local delivery conditions.
Courier & Tracking
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, and international orders via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel until it is delivered. A signature is required on delivery.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
UK orders are not subject to any additional import charges. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee, and must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authority.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been signed for and confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the buyer. We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign, and monitoring tracking updates closely.
