All orders placed with Hard To Find Vintage are shipped using DHL, a fully tracked and secure courier service from dispatch to delivery. We work exclusively with DHL as our trusted international courier to ensure each piece arrives safely and efficiently.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:
• UAE: 2–5 business days
• International: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or local delivery conditions.

Courier & Tracking

We ship all orders via DHL, a reputable and fully tracked international courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment end to end until delivery.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for their purchase value while in transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping, claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date where applicable) so we can assist promptly.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Please note that buyers are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and must be paid directly to the courier or local customs authority.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and confirmed as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address and monitoring tracking updates closely.
